Shipping Time -- Please allow 3-5 days business days for product to ship, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday,Sunday and/or holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Nena Ochoa will not be responsible. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any shipping issues or concerns must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service. You can contact the U.S Postal service at www.usps.com or (800)275-8777.

If a shipment is showing as "delivered" with your tracking number, this is a delivery issue and must be handled through the U.S Postal Service. Delivery issues include but not limited to damage, theft, and misdeliveries.

If you have had issues with the postal service, we encourage that you add insurance to your shipment. For an additional charge, you can add insurance to your shipment by contacting Nena Ochoa via email at [email protected] immediately after your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
